You may at times, receive your order in several different shipments. That is due to having multiple processing facilities in different locations.
Shipping information for U.S. customers

We ship all items through the US Postal Service. See the information below for rates.
The shipping & handling charges are automatically calculated for the total weight of each order and appears on the order review screen prior to making payment.
Some items due to weight or large size may require additional postage. You will be notified if this is required.
International Customers
APO, FPO, Canadian, Continental US (over waters) Orders.
Alaska, Hawaii etc and most Canadian orders will be shipped US Postal Service, Insured.
Shipping and Handling charges are the actual amount of postage plus a small handling fee.
Payment in US Dollars by Charge card only.
Orders being shipped outside of the Continental United States.
Shipping charges will be determined by the weight and size of the package being shipped.
We pack and weigh your order and email you with your shipping options.
You are responsible for your own Countries Duties or Taxes – if applicable.
We will not ship without your approval.
Payment methods for international orders: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.

If you ever have any problem with your order or our service, please contact us immediately so we can create a solution.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
No returns after 30 days after receiving your order.
Contact us prior to returning an item for an authorization number.
Buyer to pay return freight for all returns. Return items must be in good condition and have no wear or use.

If an item is absolutely crucial to your order, please let us know.
Every effort is made to ship your order completely. Items will be backordered if the total value of backordered items, after your discount, is over $30.00 and we expect them to arrive shortly. If we haven't received an item within 30 days then that portion of the backorder will be canceled and the remaining items will be shipped.

Otherwise, if we are out of stock, our apologies, please try again with your next order. You may choose for us to backorder the out of stock items; however, you will need to notify us promptly. Please know that additional shipping charges will apply.
Terms
Prices listed are current at the time of posting, but suppliers may change rates. We will bill you for the current price list at the time of shipment. All prices are in US dollars.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, personal checks and money orders. Note; Personal checks and money orders must clear the bank prior to shipment, which is usually a 10 day delay in shipment.
There is a $35 fee for returned checks.
For credit card payments, be sure to include the 3 or 4 digit CVV Code located on the back of the card.

We encourage chip carving for all ages, and we recognize the importance of adult supervision when minors carve wood.
